Is your holiday heart feeling two sizes too small? Enjoy Christmas fun with this escape room for all! Can you find the presents hidden in the mountain cave of the Grouch and get the heart-sizer-upper before the sun comes up? Solve for codes using clues on the wall, the floor, and in envelopes players open as the game progresses! Game play is about 60 minutes and is ideal for 7 players, but larger groups can simply print it out twice, and even race each other! Ages 8+ is ideal, hints and detailed solutions are included to help younger and first-time players and to make game play stress-free. Put your logic and creativity to the test making an origami tree and present to crack codes! A fun challenge at the end tests to see if you will wake the house... or escape like a mouse! Dare to enter the room?

The icons did not match the hints (Elam if then were one off) or the code lengths on the outside of the envelopes. It would have been better to put each set of envelopes (two, because there were two paths- a-f and 1-6) in sequenced rooms so you knew where to start and end. Everyone enjoyed the separate riddles, but nothing made sense as a whole. The final envelope that requires two codes didn’t make sense since you didn’t know which two to use as all of them were done concurrently. With a few tweaks, this would have been an amazing experience.

Game was family friendly. My kids 24-18 enjoyed it. I enjoyed the very simple setup. I also enjoyed the fact that even though I prepared the game, I could have still participated the puzzles as you weren't really reading through any of the solutions during setup. It was well written and enjoyable
