What happened?
You just arrived at your first year of wizard school. During a Dark Arts Defense class spell demonstration, the Headmaster suddenly appears but is in the path of the spell! The locomoto petrificus spell traps him somewhere on school grounds! Even worse, if the spell is not reversed within one hour, it will explode and destroy the school! You see a scrap of paper and a letter from an owl on the floor. Can you find the Headmaster and create a wand that has the power to break the spell? The hour is running out!

This escape room activity was so much fun and easy to set up. My nieces (ages 10 & 8) loved it. We did need a little help with the chess game but my husband was able to do that. Thanks for making our night a blast!!

We did this for our annual Harry Potter party and it was perfect! We had about 24 adults participate and I loved how it automatically split into two groups. We finished it in about 45 minutes and everyone loved it!

Everything looked great, easy to assemble. Will be buying more. Kids had a great time. Mostly 10 yr olds - did need a few hints. We did dueling rooms so I had to double the work to cut, fold, and stuff around 60 envelopes - don’t leave it till the last minute 😅 Had a bit of trouble with kids not understanding the two separate clue paths happening at the same time and that each riddle went with one clue. Led to some early frustration and one group needing extra time past the hour, so make sure you go over that info clearly with them. Also note that there needs to be a chess player available to solve one of the riddles.
